Core Thematic Focus Areas

TRC's programmes are organized under five complementary thematic focus areas:

  • 1. Autism Awareness, Rights and Wellbeing: De-stigmatising neurodivergence, advocating for social inclusion, and providing holistic support networks.
  • 2. Inclusive Economic Livelihoods: Delivering market-driven vocational training, soft skills instruction and micro-entrepreneurship support.
  • 3. Education Quality and Health Services: Improving access to inclusive primary/secondary education and strengthening maternal/child health services.
  • 4. Essential Services and Environmental Action: Expanding clean water access, food security, and promoting grassroots climate resilience.
  • 5. Economic Empowerment and Rights Advocacy: Establishing community-managed savings groups (VICOBA) and operating safe spaces for vulnerable groups.
