Economic Inclusion for Young People with Autism and Their Families in Arusha.

The Challenge & Our Response

Young people with autism in Arusha are almost entirely invisible in vocational training institutes and job markets[cite: 12]. The initiative builds a multi-CSO collective, trains 60 young people and caregivers in skills, secures employer pledges, and conducts community anti-stigma forums.
